Data retention<\/h2>\n<p>We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enquiries and quotations:<\/strong> for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transaction and accounting records:<\/strong> for the period required under applicable tax and company laws.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job applications:<\/strong> up to 12 months from receipt, unless you are hired or ask us to delete your data sooner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When data is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it securely.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"security\">7.
